The color is straw yellow tending to golden, fine and persistent bubble. Elegant fruity notes of peach, apricot blend with a slightly bitter finish reminiscent of almond. Very fresh, vertical and at the same time complex with a good resistance of the perlage thanks to the long stay in autoclave.
